Wer's nach machen will: je nach Handgelenkumfang ca. einen halben Meter Satinband und ca. 7 Unterlagscheiben in der Farbe und Größe die euch gefällt. Von oben nach unten anfangen und immer eine Scheibe drunterlegen und weiter durchfädeln, bis alle Unterlagscheiben verbraucht sind. Einfach oder?

If anyone want to create their own ones, you need about 50cm satin and about 7 washers in the size and color you like. Now start with the first washer by putting the satin from above through it and go on with the other ones until there are no washers left. pretty simple right?!
